The read, without gathering the room.

Request a self-tape for a role, review it with your team, and keep the notes on the same performer record as the pipeline.

Self-tapes

Everything you need

  • A request tied to a role

Ask a specific performer for a tape against a specific role. The request, the submission, and the decision stay together.

  • Invites and CSV import

Bring people in with an invite or a CSV. New performers join free. Returning performers keep the profile they already own.

  • Notes next to the tape

Write what you saw while you are watching. Staff notes stay on the team side of the record.

  • The pipeline is the decision

When the tape is enough, move the performer. Callbacks, offers, and cuts are stages — not a separate list.

How self-tapes fit the loop

  1. Open a production and define roles

The tape needs a role to belong to. Set the production and the parts before you ask anyone to record.

  2. Invite, import, and request

Invite performers or import a CSV, then send a self-tape request. They submit from their own account.

  3. Review, note, and move

Watch the tape, write a private note, and advance or hold them on the pipeline. Billing stays with the organization.
